At Softilock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your software purchase. We understand that purchasing digital licenses online requires confidence and clarity. Our return and refund policy reflects our commitment to both quality and fairness.

1. Return Eligibility (Defective and Non-Defective)

We accept return and refund requests for both defective and non-defective software purchases within 7 days of purchase, as long as the license has not been activated or used.

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You did not receive your license key within the promised time.

  • The license key is non-functional and cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • You purchased the wrong product or version and no longer wish to use it.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Ensure the license key has not been activated or used.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The license key has already been activated or used.

  • You missed the 7-day return window.

  • Your system does not meet the minimum software requirements (we list them clearly on each product page).

  • You are requesting a refund but refuse support or troubleshooting assistance.

3. Exchange Policy

If you purchased the wrong version by mistake (e.g., Pro instead of Enterprise), we may offer an exchange if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • The original license has not been activated.

  • The version requested is of equal or lesser value.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once your refund is initiated.
